  The Venturer Scout progam is for youth aged 14 to 17.  The outdoors is an essential part  
  of the Venturer Scouts program.  Weekend events, extended hikes, no-trace camping and  
  more opportunities round out the Venturer Scouts experience.  Developing an active,  
  healthy lifestyle is the primary goal.  As well, Venturing helps teens acquire new knowledge  
  and skills that can lead to a satisfying career.
